I selected this rehab over Care One, where my mother had previously stayed. Umang (Administrator) was very welcoming and detailed. Palak Shah was sweet and caring. My mom did not have an issue communicating as there is plenty of staff that speaks Hindi. The request for specific tv channel was urgently fulfilled. My mother was clean and taken care of. The rehab made her a bit stronger then when she went in. Thank you to the Fallsview members and staff.
